Hyperagent, set up and run.
We set up your workspace, build agents for one job at a time, and run them every month. We're people, not a platform.
Every Tuesday at 8:00, finds overdue invoices and drafts a follow-up for each.
Example agent. Illustrative.
It failed at 8:00. The card still says running.
Three more Tuesdays. Nobody gets told.
So the job comes back to your team.
It didn't break loudly. It just stopped being useful.
Building an agent takes an afternoon.
Keeping it useful takes ops.
What does one agent actually need?
Setup & Build
One job. “Working” agreed in writing first.
- Workspace and billing owned by your company
- Roles, permissions and tools connected with your accounts
- A scoping session with whoever does the job today
- A fixed quote and written success criteria
- A 30-day tuning window with a weekly review
- A job description and runbook for every agent
- A recorded training session for your team
Run
We watch it every week.
- Monitoring, failed runs and fixes
- Memory and learning reviewed
- Changes and small new agents
- Hyperagent updates handled
A connection expires.
We catch it and fix it.
Every month, a report you can read.
Illustrative example. Not a real client.
Setup & Build. Then Run.
Whose agents are they?
Yours. All of it.
Your workspace, billing, permissions and integrations, plus custom agents with written success criteria, launch and a 30-day tuning window. Fixed quote after scoping.
from $5,000We maintain your agents: monitoring, fixes, memory review, changes and the monthly report. Priced by how many agents we run.
from $2,500/moHyperagent bills you directly. No markup.
Want to stop? 30 days' notice.
Nothing breaks. Nothing leaves.
Straight answers.
Are you part of Hyperagent?
No. We're independent. We only work on Hyperagent, but they don't own us and we don't resell it. You have your own account and pay them directly.
We could do this ourselves. Why hire you?
You could, and if someone on your team has the time to own it, you should. Building an agent takes an afternoon. The hard parts come later: ownership, permissions, what agents can write, how they learn, and noticing when something breaks. Running agents is our whole job.
Why pay every month? Once it's built, it's built.
That's why most agents stop being useful. Tools change, connections expire, the job shifts, an agent learns something it shouldn't, and Hyperagent ships updates. Someone has to notice. If you'd rather do that yourselves, you keep the runbooks and can stop Run with 30 days' notice.
What if an agent gets something wrong?
Every agent we build drafts rather than acts. Nothing sends, spends or deletes without someone on your team approving it. And if an agent makes the same mistake twice, fixing it is our job.
Where does our data go?
Your data stays in your Hyperagent workspace and your own tools. We don't keep a copy. You connect your own integrations, and our access is removed when we're done. Ask us on the call what Hyperagent has published on security, and we'll tell you exactly what it has and hasn't.
What if Hyperagent changes or shuts down?
It's a young platform, so it's a fair question. Every agent's instructions and job description are also kept as documents you own, outside Hyperagent. If you ever needed to move, you'd keep the thinking, and we'd help.
Do you have case studies?
Not yet. We're new, and we won't invent results.
Why do we have to apply?
We take on a small number of new clients each month and only take work we're confident we can do well. The application takes about three minutes and saves both of us a call that wouldn't go anywhere.
Apply to work with us.
- We read every application ourselves.
- Within two business days, you'll get a reply: a few times for a 30-minute call, or an honest no with a suggestion.
- If you're already on Hyperagent, the call includes a look at your workspace. You keep what we find either way.
